A number of varying factors affect the costing of a menu: the time of year, number of guests, the dishes chosen, the duration of the event, the distance we have to travel etc. Once we have ascertained these details we are then able to submit an accurate quotation. A guide on cost per person for the stated categories is indicated below.

 

Whilst we are willing to travel any distance, for the purpose of this guide, we have based costings on events taking place within 35 miles of our Brighton base.

 

• Canapé party lasting 3 hours: £15 - £25

• Finger buffet or Tea lasting 4 hours: £10 - £25

• Two course buffet lasting 4 hours: £20 - £30

• Buffet lasting 6 hours: £28 - £35

• Formal dinner lasting 6 hours: £30 - £40

• Dinner Dance lasting 8 hours: £35 - £50
