

Consuming Passion Caterers was set up by Sara Sanders in 1996. Since completing an HND in Hotel & Catering and BSc (Hons) in Hospitality management in 1992, she has worked in the catering industry. Starting out Gravetye Manor, a Michelin starred hotel & restaurant in Sussex and gaining experience in Director’s dining rooms, film location catering and Royal Bank of Canada in the city. Her first management job was in an English tearoom and later she ran her own Bistro. She has experience in quality catering establishments all over the UK and Hong Kong. In recent years she has concentrated solely on Outside catering for events large and small.
Consuming Passion Caterers now has a team of friendly and helpful staff who are highly skilled and able to provide our clients with delicious food and excellent service. It is our opinion that it is absolutely possible to offer the quality of food available in a 5* hotel anywhere and it is our objective to deliver that level of hospitality, so that you can make a lasting impression on your guests. We hope our experience in the catering business will provide you with the confidence to let us take over and take the stress out of organising your event so you are able to relax and enjoy yourself.
